Peter Sanderson, Managing Director, is the Co-Head for the Financial Markets Advisory ("FMA") team and the Chief Operating Officer for BlackRock Solutions ("BRS") within the EMEA region. He is a member of the EMEA Executive Committee, EMEA Operating Committee, EMEA Risk and Controls Committee and the BRS Operating Committee.

Mr. Sanderson's service with the firm dates back to 2006, including his time with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2006, Mr. Sanderson was with Mondrian Investment Partners from 2002 where he supported the firm's COO function. Mr. Sanderson began his career in 2001 at KPMG as an Analyst.

Mr. Sanderson earned a LLB degree, with honours, in law from the University of Leicester in 1999 and was Called to Inner Temple in 2000.

Adam Schneider | New York, US

Adam Schneider, Managing Director, is a member of BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory Group within BlackRock Solutions and is focused on expanding the U.S. advisory practice. The FMA team provides a wide range of advisory, valuation and innovative portfolio management solutions for its clients, which include banks, insurance companies, asset managers, official institutions, and intermediaries.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2016, Mr. Schneider was a Principal at Deloitte for over 20 years. Mr. Schneider’s responsibilities included leading the Asset Management consulting practice, leading the Capital Markets consulting practice, leading the firm’s client program for financial institutions, and driving global thought leadership in the financial services industry. He managed Deloitte’s overall global relationship for selected financial institutions, served numerous clients in a wide variety of assignments, and acted as subject matter expert for select client projects globally.

Prior to Deloitte Mr. Schneider was Managing Director at Chancellor Capital, now Invesco, where he was responsible for firm administration, technology, operations, and risk management. Prior to Chancellor, he was at Goldman Sachs and at Booz, Allen, & Hamilton.

Mr. Schneider earned a BS degree from the Sloan School of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
